Check-In

We ask that all pets are checked in no later than 9:30am. On occasion we can make special arrangements for special circumstances, for example if you work an odd shift and go to work before we open and do not get off until after check in time, we would be willing to work with you. The reason we have all the pets here by a set time is because after that time we are not distracted by people coming in and out while we are trying to give our full attention to the pets.

It makes it much more stressful on the animals when they have to be put up and gotten back out each time we have to stop to attend someone up front. This is not fair to the animals. It also takes valuable time away from our work, in turn making it take longer to get the pets done and ready to go home.
